Roles & Responsibility:
- Achieving Sales Targets for the year
- Coach & guide MRs during JFW in achieving weekly sales targets and Doctor conversion
- Conduct Joint Field Work with MRs in the team mainly focusing on demonstrating toMRs Doctor Conversion, weekly target achievement & root-cause identification for non-achievement of targets.
- Execute mitigation plan for the identified root-cause & to achieve set targets.
- Conduct weekly sales review of MRs related to target, achievement, Doctor conversion, Root
- of low conversion (if any)
- Ensure Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) for entire Doctor List of the area.
- Ensure no product expires at retailer & stockiest.
- Keep abreast on competitors activities and recommend any necessary tactical plans.
- Ensure sending Daily Call Report (DCR) for better understanding of business performance,
- challenges & the support require from Managers.
- Identification of learning needs of MRs and providing requisite.
